To complete this square you need to defeat the Tree Sentinel Duo boss in Altus Plateau. Wait until the "ENEMY DEFEATED" or equivalent screen appears to mark the square.

This duo boss is different from most because it is also a field boss, so you can fight them separately. However, the square is only completed after you kill both of them in the same attempt.

This square has synergies with Kill 5 bosses that ride a horse, Kill 5 bosses with ‘tree’ in their name, Kill 3 duo/trio bosses.
