To complete this square you need to defeat Crucible Knight and Misbegotten Warrior, the boss inside Redmane Castle while the Radahn Festival is not active. Wait until the "ENEMY DEFEATED" or equivalent screen appears to mark the square.

This duo boss can only be done if the Radahn Festival is not active. Therefore, you need to do it either before going to Altus Plateau or after defeating Radahn. This square has synergies with Kill 3 duo/trio bosses and Kill 2 Crucible Knights.
