Kill Grafted Scion (Chapel of Anticipation)

To complete this square you need to defeat Grafted Scion, the boss in the Chapel of Anticipation (the very first boss of the game). Wait until the "ENEMY DEFEATED" or equivalent screen appears to mark the square.

You can try to defeat the boss from the start of the game, but you only have one chance at that moment. If your health is depleted, you are teleported into the Stranded Graveyard and can only access Grafted Scion through the Four Belfries, by using a Imbued Sword Key.

Grafted Scion counts as a Liurnia boss.
